Kadambari Misra
A seasoned design leader, Kadambari Misra is an NID Ahmedabad alumnus and TEDx Speaker who has led high-impact creative mandates at companies like Coffee Day, Ola and Titan. In her capacity as Creative Director, she has built several brands, creating authentic stories that have endured on a national level.
She is the co-founder of Adira Thoughtful Gifting, a pioneering startup bringing our rich craft heritage into mainstream corporate gifting. Kadambari has also dreamt up the Iconic Women Project, which is her heartfelt tribute to crazy, gutsy, brilliant women and their stories, told through re-enacting herself as them. Having a keen interest in design education in the country, Kadambari has been a visiting faculty, presenter, jury member at prestigious design institutes like NID, NIFT, Srishti, Pearl Academy and many others.
Kadambari leads the creative mandate of all major projects, bringing her diverse corporate, business and on-ground experience to each collaboration. She works closely with the creative team to inspire, share and lead.
Devika Thukral
Devika Thukral brings with her valuable experience gained from over 20 years of working in the design industry. She is a communication design graduate from Srishti School of Art and Design and has a postgraduate from the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad in Crafting Luxury.
A strong believer in collaborative team work, Devika has grown and nurtured creative talent across multiple areas of design.When not peering through the loupe for printing errors, Devika will be found busy reading poetry perhaps over a cup of coffee. Devika is the founder of product and interior brand ‘Styling by Devika Thukral’ and has turned author and launched a book called ‘Meals Reddy’. She also has a brand that deals with exclusive wedding stationery and gifting. She is visiting faculty at Srishti Manipal School of Design, Chitkara and on the board of jury.
Devika's role is to take the creative direction forward by ideating with the team. She drives the creation and management of all project plans and schedules, delegating and overseeing right down to the last detail, so nothing is missed!
Nikhil Baveja has a Master’s in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, New York. At any point during a given week he can either be found conceptualizing spaces with his team of designers or tweaking design details all the way to completion. In the past has had experience in retail store design, exhibition design as well as product design in New York city as an independent contractor for nine years. In addition he was an adjunct professor at New York City Tech, teaching three-dimensional design, model making and architectural perspective drawing.
Nikhil Baveja
Aruldev MR is a versatile communication designer, keen to get his hands dirty with the multitude of projects at TWIG. Having been with TWIG since his internship, he now demonstrates a well balanced set of skills and techniques. A graduate of KSID Kollam, Arul loves to think deeply about each project, and approaches each challenge with grit and a keen eye.

Drisha Jain is that detail-oriented designer it’s a joy to have on the team. A graduate of LASALLE College of the Arts Singapore, Drisha is a product designer with a natural ease with space, art direction and styling.
